How to Get Money with no Credit Checks

November 5, 2015

Getting money in a pinch can be hard if you have bad credit. The good news is that there are ways out there to get the money you need – you just need to be a little more creative than just filling out a loan application. These simple tips will help you net the money you need in a short amount of time and some of them will not even require you to pay any interest or fees!

Sell your Stuff

The internet is filled with websites enabling you to sell your personal belongings. Take a look around your house to see what you might be able to get rid of right now. From clothes to antiques and everything in between, everything is worth money. People look for old furniture to fix it up; antiques to treasure; and clothing because they need it. Depending on how much stuff you have lying around and how much time you have, you could make a significant amount of “free” money this way.

Pawn Shops

If you have items that you think are worth a decent amount of money, you can take it to a pawn shop. You have two options here: you can sell the item directly to the pawn shop or you can take out a loan with the shop. The loan then needs to be repaid or the lender will use your item as collateral and sell it in their store to get the funds back. You do pay interest on the pawn loans, but in the end, you have the money you needed in a pinch and you get your item back. Keep in mind that the shop will only loan you a fraction of what the item is worth, however, as they are in business to make money.

No Credit Check Loans

No credit check loans simply require you have a job and a residence. As long as you can provide proof of those two facts, your credit will not play a factor in the loan. You will pay hefty fees and interest rates for the loan, but you can get the money in as little as a day or two with most companies. In exchange for the riskiness of the loan, be prepared to pay the loan off in a matter of a few days or weeks (at a maximum). No credit check loans are often lumped in the same category as payday loans as the loan payoff date is typically within the next week or so – or whenever you are due to be paid.

As long as you think outside of the box, you can find ways to make money fast. These methods will typically come with other risks, such as someone not paying you for the stuff you sell them or the need to pay higher costs in order to get the money, but in the end, you are able to sidestep an emergency, funding your need for rent, car repairs, or a home repair disaster.
