(Thursday: Most and Least is on hiatus this week.)
Oh, goals. I have such a love/hate relationship with you.
I’ve been setting monthly goals on and off since I started this blog; I’m still on the fence about whether or not I want to make posting goals a monthly habit. But this month I’ve decided that I need to put my goals out on the interwebs because there are some really specific things I’m hoping to accomplish.
So here’s what needs to get accomplished in March:
1. Add $700 to my Freedom Fund
I had a few major savings set-backs earlier this year and I need to get back on track with my cash savings goal. I have some extra money coming in so while $700 is a stretch, I think it’s realistic.
2. Lose 5 pounds
3. Figure out how my new espresso maker works
My boyfriend gave me an espresso maker for my birthday (yah!) but I’m intimidated by it! I need to sit down, read the directions carefully, and get it working.
4. Do not purchase a single item of clothing
I have been buying way too many clothes recently. Way. So I’m cutting myself off for the month of March. No new clothes under any circumstances.
5. Read two books
What do you have on tap for March?
